Introduction
Acceptance of These Terms

88baji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. During peak periods or where KYC review is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. 88baji does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

2.4 — Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit source
For security purposes, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account number used for the player's most recent deposit. 88baji reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests to unverified third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the platform.

2.5 — Currency
All transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
The 88baji platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 88baji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or currency conversion fees applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All promotional offers made available by 88baji — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as these general bonus conditions.

3.1 — Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed in the promotion details before activation. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met using real-money bets on eligible games.

3.2 — Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire
Bonus offers not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus funds not fully wagered within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

3.3 — One Bonus at a Time
Only one active bonus per account at any given time
Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. If you make a qualifying deposit while an active bonus remains on your account, the new bonus will be queued or declined at 88baji's discretion. Players who wish to decline a bonus must do so before accepting the promotional deposit.

Bonus abuse results in forfeiture and suspension
88baji takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including chip dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, use of automated wagering tools, or collusion between multiple accounts. Where abuse is identified, 88baji reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the account or accounts involved.

Section 4
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88baji platform. Any breach of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds held, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Fraudulent or illegal activity
Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in identity fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity on or via the 88baji platform is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Automated wagering and bot use
The use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the platform without genuine human input is prohibited. 88baji employs bot-detection systems and will suspend accounts found to be using such tools.

Collusion and match manipulation
Any form of collusion between players — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, or cooperation to defraud the house — is prohibited. Sports betting markets must not be used in connection with any attempt to manipulate sporting events.

Exploitation of software errors
If you become aware of any error, malfunction, or technical fault in the platform that results in incorrect odds, inflated payouts, or incorrect game outcomes, you are required to report it to 88baji support immediately. Deliberately exploiting such errors voids all associated winnings and may result in account closure.
Section 5
Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
All content on the 88baji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, databases, and user-interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88baji or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 88baji platform without prior written consent from 88baji.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or acts outside 88baji's reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party payment failures, or force majeure events).

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Section 6
Account Closure & Termination
You may request the closure of your 88baji account at any time by contacting customer support via the email address listed in the footer of this site. Upon closure, any real-money balance held in your account (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.
88baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or at 88baji's sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed by 88baji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds associated with the breach — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings generated in breach of these Terms — may be forfeited in full. 88baji will inform you of the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.
